Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the members of Nantucket Conservation Foundation, Inc. (“NCF”) will be held at 118 Cliff Road, Nantucket, MA 02554 commencing on July 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of approving restated Articles of Organization.
Amendment of the existing Articles requires a two-thirds vote of the total members having the right to vote. Anyone who has donated to NCF during the last fiscal year and believes themselves to be a voting member of NCF is invited to attend and will have the opportunity to pose questions, make comments, and vote.
