The Ferguson Family Book Award
The Ferguson Family Education Fund was established by the family of Elizabeth Ford Reighley in 1983 to commemorate her deep commitment to conservation on Nantucket. The fund is designed to help the Foundation educate the public about the fragility of our Island’s natural resources. The Reighley/Ferguson family-funded program provided generous support to purchase ecology books for students to enjoy and continue their academic enrichment.
The Nantucket Public School Teachers decide the recipient of this award for the Foundation.
